Fin Cool
The standard in Fin Cool air-oil heat exchangers, designed with copper tubes, Aluminum fins and our SwirlFlow turbulator that provides the best heat transfer per dollar for liquid to air applications.
- 3/4"-diameter copper tubing and continuous rippled Aluminum fins maximize thermal efficiency at the lowest cost, provide structural integrity, increase surface area and better air flow mix.
- Each tube is fitted with our SwirlFlow turbulator which produces high velocity, mixed flow enhancing self-cleaning for maintenance free operation.
- Our optional copper Trans-T or Strip turbulators are available for applications that require extremely low pressure drop or water-glycol solutions.
- May be custom designed with the unique Integrated Pressure Relief Valve that reduces leak path opportunities and expensive service replacement valves.
Temp-Troller
By adding a rugged compact enclosure around a Fin Cool core, our Temp-Troller designs offers cooling for 12VDC or optional 24VDC (NEMA frame) applications.
- Reduce radiator/engine compartment temperatures by remote mounting the unit.
- Maximum operating temperature of 350 degrees F, maximum operating pressure of 300 PSI with a burst pressure up to 1800 PSI.
- May be custom fitted for cold start-up and high-flow bypass protection with the unique Integrated Pressure Relief Valve.
Temp-Troller Industrial Series
Our Temp-Troller Industrial Series is the ideal choice for a wide range of small to mid-size stationary applications.
- Simple, durable construction, including full enclosures
- Standard AC (230/460 VAC-3 phase-TEFC) or hydraulic motors.
- High efficiency, high speed fans.
Temp-Troller Hundred Series and Jumbo Series
For larger stationary, mobile and marine applications, our Hundred Series and Jumbo Series heat exchangers are cost effective designs for the most rugged environments

- Full selection of fan motors including ATEX & CE certified, explosion proof and hydraulic.
- Vertical installation through mounting slots along the heat exchanger's perimeter or horizontal installation with optional mounting legs.
Specialty Applications
When the application calls for meeting the ASME/API specifications, Hayden Industrial Products provides specially designed heat exchangers to meet these stringent requirements. Our facility has been ASME certified for over 10 years. We can provide cost effective heat exchanger designs that meet ASME Section VIII, Dvision 1 with either copper or Stainless steel tubes and headers. CRN is also available for units destined for Canada.
- Design pressure up to 800 PSI
- Sound pressure level of 85 dB(A) @ 1 meter per ISO3744. Acoustic louvers and exhaust silencers available as options for sound pressure levels to 70 dB(A) @ 1 meter.
- API 614 cleanliness specification, or better.
- Copon coating of Aluminum fins for additional protection in harsher environments such as off-shore drilling rigs.
- SwirlFlow turbulator increases performance thus providing a more space efficient heat exchanger.
API 661 Design Heat Exchangers
Hayden Industrial Products builds these heat exchangers with 316 Stainless steel tubing and API 661 guidelines to specifically meet the requirements of the oil and gas industry. These
units feature box headers with removable plugs allowing access to individual tubes for repair or cleaning. Options include
carbon steel header boxes, multiple fans, louvers, ladders, and catwalks.
